Professional Support Services began as Transportation Management Services in 1993. TMS offered management consulting services for companies in the distribution and transportation arena for DOT inspection preparation, Commercial Driver’s License compliance requirements, HM-126F Haz-Mat training requirements, driver productivity improvement, optimized pickup & delivery routing, truck fleet maintenance & cost control, common carrier rate negotiations, driver discipline, standards, guidelines & procedures, freight claims management and DOT private carrier regulations & compliance requirements.

We changed our name to PSS in 2002 and now offer a broader menu that provides services for ALL independent professionals and corporations which now include employee development and training, strategic workforce planning, systems integration, web site design and search engine optimization, marketing, advertising, sales and more. The firm has served professional clients of all sizes. Since its inception, PSS has focused on enhancing the productivity and profitability of its clients. We serve as an extension of each client's management group, providing opportunities to recognize trends and set direction that will lead to the attainment of each firm's respective goals and the on-going achievement of targeted results.

As our principal consultant, Lee Dworshak's management career spanned three decades during which he served as Director of Operations/Transportation for several large corporations including, WTC Air Freight, Highway Merchandise Express, Burlington Air Express, National Sanitary Supply Company, Viking Office Products and Office Depot. He has been a licensed California Realtor since 2003, with SRES certification from the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Dworshak is a decorated Vietnam Era Army Infantry Veteran who continues to work closely with the Veterans Adminstration and other Armed Forces related support groups in his spare time.
